Refund and Return Policy

All products are made to order so please be sure to read descriptions because there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. Only products damaged during shipping will be replaced.

Customer supplied items will only be refunded the amount of insurance the Customer purchases for return shipping.

At duststorm-engraving.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  • Kindly let us know within 48 hours of delivery if your product was damaged during shipping
  • Please send us photos from different angles of the box and product so we may start a claim and get you a replacement
  • Please do not dispose damaged item and box until instructed by us for postal carrier may collect
  • If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us here.
  • If you have attempted to resolve issues with support staff, and still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
  • We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the request if you reach out to us directly.

Refunds for insured customer supplied items:

Once your claim is approved by the carrier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded you the amount of insurance coverage you purchased. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Duststorm-engraving.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.

Late or Missing Insurance Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
